Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TBR1 (T-box brain gene 1) is a member of the T-box family of transcription factors, which play critical roles in embryonic development and differentiation. It is particularly important in the development of the central nervous system, where it regulates neuronal differentiation and the proper formation of neural circuits. Research has shown that TBR1 is involved in various neurodevelopmental processes, including the organization of the cerebral cortex and the establishment of layer-specific neuronal identities. Mutations or altered expression of TBR1 have been implicated in neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities, highlighting its significance in both basic neuroscience and clinical contexts. The study of TBR1 recombinant proteins enables scientists to explore its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and role in gene regulation. By producing and analyzing TBR1 in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers aim to unravel the molecular mechanisms underpinning its function, which could lead to novel insights into developmental biology and potential therapeutic targets for related disorders. Understanding TBR1's role at a molecular level can illuminate the pathways that govern neurodevelopment and provide a deeper understanding of the genetic architecture underlying neurodevelopmental diseases.
