Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DUSP2 (Dual Specificity Phosphatase 2) is a member of the dual specificity phosphatase family, which plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes by dephosphorylating both tyrosine and serine/threonine residues on target proteins. It is known to modulate key signaling pathways such as MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase) pathways, thus influencing cellular responses to stress, growth signals, and immune responses. Research has indicated that DUSP2 may act as a tumor suppressor in several types of cancer, highlighting its potential role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation. Moreover, the expression levels of DUSP2 can be affected by environmental stressors, suggesting its involvement in adaptive responses. The development of recombinant DUSP2 protein offers an invaluable tool for studying its functional characteristics, interactions, and mechanisms of action in detail. By producing this protein in a controlled setting, researchers can explore its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and the effects of mutations or post-translational modifications on its function. Ultimately, the insights gained from DUSP2 recombinant protein studies could advance our understanding of its role in health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting DUSP2-related signaling pathways.
