稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1 inhibitor (C1INH) is a critical serine protease inhibitor that regulates the complement and contact activation pathways, playing a significant role in the immune response and inflammation. Deficiencies in C1INH lead to hereditary angioedema (HAE), a genetic condition characterized by recurrent episodes of severe swelling in various body parts. Traditional treatments for HAE, including androgens and C1INH derived from human plasma, present challenges such as variable efficacy and risk of viral transmission. Thus, research into recombinant C1INH proteins has gained momentum, offering a promising therapeutic alternative. Recombinant C1INH can be produced in a controlled environment, ensuring high purity and consistency, while mitigating the risk of infectious disease transmission. Recent studies have focused on optimizing expression systems to enhance yield and bioactivity of recombinant C1INH. Furthermore, ongoing clinical trials are evaluating its safety and efficacy, with the aim of providing patients with a reliable and safe treatment option. The development of recombinant C1INH not only aims to improve patient outcomes in HAE but also holds potential applications in other conditions associated with dysregulated complement activation, highlighting its importance in both therapeutic and research contexts.
