Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDTC1, or WD repeat and Tetratricopeptide repeat containing 1, is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, including regulation of gene expression and protein interactions. Research on WDTC1 has gained momentum due to its potential roles in developmental biology and disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The WD and TPR motifs suggest that WDTC1 may function in protein-protein interactions and act as a scaffold for assembling multiprotein complexes. Furthermore, studies have indicated that mutations in the WDTC1 gene could disrupt normal cellular functions, leading to pathological conditions. Given its multifaceted roles, the recombinant expression of WDTC1 has become essential for investigating its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms in vitro. By producing this protein through recombinant techniques, researchers can perform a range of analyses, including structural studies, interaction assays, and functional assays, to elucidate its role in cellular pathways. Ultimately, understanding the function and regulation of WDTC1 could reveal new insights into its contribution to health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies.
