稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Foxp3 is a critical transcription factor that plays a vital role in the development and function of regulatory T cells (Tregs), which are essential for maintaining immune tolerance and preventing autoimmune diseases. The importance of Foxp3 has attracted extensive research interest, particularly in understanding its mechanisms of action and its potential as a therapeutic target for various immune-related conditions. The recombination and expression of Foxp3 as a recombinant protein have facilitated studies on its structural and functional properties. This enables researchers to investigate its interactions with other proteins, its regulatory pathways, and its role in Treg differentiation and function. Additionally, recombinant Foxp3 can be utilized in cell-based assays to evaluate its effects on immune responses, making it a valuable tool in immunology research. Understanding Foxp3 in detail could lead to novel therapeutic approaches for treating autoimmune diseases, enhancing graft acceptance in transplant patients, and developing cancer immunotherapies. Overall, the study of Foxp3 as a recombinant protein holds significant potential for advancing our knowledge of immune regulation and developing new medical interventions.
