Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAF7, a crucial component of the transcriptional machinery, is a subunit of the TFIID complex, which is fundamental for the initiation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. It is involved in the recruitment of RNA polymerase II to the promoter regions of genes, playing a vital role in regulating gene expression. Research into TAF7 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its implications in understanding the molecular mechanisms of transcription regulation and its potential role in various diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders. The study of TAF7 can provide insights into the intricate processes governing cellular functions and the consequences of transcriptional dysregulation. By producing and analyzing recombinant TAF7 proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its structural properties, interaction with other transcription factors, and the functional consequences of its activity in the transcription cycle. This research can pave the way for therapeutic strategies targeting transcriptional regulation, highlighting the importance of TAF7 in cellular biology and disease pathology.
