Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR63, or WD repeat domain 63, is a protein associated with various cellular processes, including signal transduction, transcription regulation, and cytoskeletal organization, due to its involvement in the formation of protein complexes. Research has increasingly focused on WDR63 due to its potential role in neurodevelopmental disorders and its expression in various tissues, particularly in the nervous system. Studies have suggested that mutations or dysregulation of WDR63 can contribute to pathologies, including intellectual disabilities and other neurological conditions. The reconstitution of WDR63 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth structural and functional analyses, facilitating the understanding of its biological mechanisms and interactions with other molecular partners. By utilizing techniques such as protein purification and characterization, researchers aim to elucidate the specific roles of WDR63 in cellular signaling pathways and its implications in disease. Furthermore, recombinant WDR63 can serve as a valuable tool for drug discovery and therapeutic applications, making it a focal point of current molecular biology research. Understanding WDR63's precise functions and regulatory mechanisms is crucial for uncovering its contribution to human health and disease, paving the way for novel interventions targeting disorders linked to its dysfunction.
