Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TACC1 (Transforming Acidic Coiled-Coil Containing Protein 1) is a member of the TACC protein family, which plays a crucial role in cellular processes, including cell division, proliferation, and migration. The protein is highly conserved across various species and is particularly studied in the context of cancer biology. Overexpression of TACC1 has been associated with several types of tumors, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression and a therapeutic target. Prior research indicates that TACC1 interacts with key proteins involved in microtubule dynamics and centrosome organization, implicating it in the regulation of mitotic spindle assembly and chromosome segregation. This has led to an interest in understanding its mechanistic roles in oncogenesis and tissue homeostasis. Recombination technologies have enabled the generation of recombinant TACC1 proteins, facilitating detailed studies of its functional properties, interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. By analyzing TACC1's structure-function relationships, researchers aim to unravel its contributions to tumorigenesis and explore its potential as a target for innovative cancer therapies. Overall, the study of TACC1 and its recombinant forms is pivotal for developing a deeper understanding of cancer biology and for identifying novel strategies for cancer treatment.
