稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-32, or Interleukin-32, is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that plays a significant role in the immune response and has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis, and certain cancers. Identified in 2005, IL-32 is expressed by multiple immune cells and can influence the production of other cytokines, thereby orchestrating inflammatory processes. Its discovery sparked interest in understanding its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications. Researchers have focused on recombinant IL-32 protein production to investigate its biological functions and interactions with immune cells. The recombinant form allows for detailed studies of its structural properties and the elucidation of its role in immune modulation. Recent studies have shown that IL-32 can not only enhance the inflammatory response but also promote apoptosis in certain cancer cell lines, positioning it as a dual-function cytokine. These findings underscore the need for further research into IL-32's potential as a biomarker for disease progression and as a target for novel therapies. Understanding the nuances of IL-32's action could lead to innovative treatments for inflammatory disorders and improved patient outcomes.
