Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR57, a member of the WD repeat protein family, has garnered attention for its potential roles in various biological processes, including cellular signaling and transcriptional regulation. This protein is characterized by a series of WD repeat motifs, which are implicated in protein-protein interactions and the assembly of multi-protein complexes. Research has indicated that WDR57 may play a critical role in the regulation of gene expression and cellular responses to stress. However, its precise functions and mechanisms of action remain poorly understood. Studies have suggested that WDR57 may be involved in pathways related to cancer progression and neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Given the increasing interest in the molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases, the recombinant production of WDR57 protein is essential for conducting functional assays, structural studies, and potential drug development efforts. By elucidating the role of WDR57 in cellular processes, researchers aim to uncover novel insights into its function and explore its implications in health and disease. This background sets the stage for ongoing investigations into the significance of WDR57 in both normal physiology and pathological conditions.
