  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

SYDE1, or "SYDE1 reorganization protein," has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology and genetics due to its potential roles in cellular signaling and disease mechanisms. Initially identified as a member of the SYDE family of proteins, SYDE1 is implicated in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, cell proliferation, and stress response. Its unique structural features suggest a potential involvement in protein interactions and signaling pathways critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have indicated that dysregulation of SYDE1 expression may be linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Researchers are increasingly focused on understanding the mechanistic underpinnings of SYDE1 function and its contributions to oncogenic signaling networks. This has led to investigations of its interactions with key signaling proteins, transcription factors, and other molecular partners. By elucidating the role of SYDE1 in these complex biological contexts, scientists aim to uncover novel therapeutic targets and strategies for disease intervention. The ongoing research on SYDE1 is expected to unravel its multifaceted roles and provide insights into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various diseases, ultimately contributing to improved clinical outcomes.
