稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GAL6, a member of the galectin family, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and apoptosis. These proteins are characterized by their ability to bind to β-galactosides, which contributes to their diverse functions in cellular signaling and immune response modulation. The study of GAL6 has gained prominence due to its involvement in tumor biology and chronic inflammatory diseases, where its expression levels can affect disease progression and prognosis. Recent research has shown that GAL6 can interact with multiple signaling pathways, potentially influencing cellular behaviors in both normal and pathological states. The recombinant production of GAL6 protein through techniques such as plasmid-based expression systems allows for detailed structural and functional analyses, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the intricate mechanisms of GAL6 not only enhances our knowledge of its biological roles but also opens avenues for targeted therapies in diseases where galectin dysregulation occurs. Thus, ongoing research into GAL6 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in clinical settings.
