稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDFY2 (WD repeat and FYVE domain-containing 2) is a protein that has garnered increasing attention in the field of molecular biology due to its significant roles in cellular processes such as endocytosis, autophagy, and immune response. As a member of the WDFY protein family, WDFY2 contains multiple WD40 repeats, which are known to mediate protein-protein interactions, and a FYVE domain that specifically binds to phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate, a key lipid involved in membrane trafficking. Research has shown that mutations or dysregulation of WDFY2 can lead to various pathologies, including immunodeficiency and certain neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and immune function. The study of WDFY2 is further motivated by its potential as a therapeutic target; understanding its structural and functional dynamics could pave the way for novel interventions in diseases linked to protein misfolding or dysfunctional cellular pathways. Consequently, the recombinant expression of WDFY2 allows for the detailed study of its biochemical properties and interactions, enabling researchers to elucidate its roles in health and disease.
