Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SUHW2, a crucial component of the heat shock response, plays a significant role in cellular stress management and protein homeostasis. As a member of the DExD/H-box helicase family, SUHW2 is implicated in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism and ribosomal biogenesis. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the regulation of gene expression under stress conditions, suggesting that SUHW2 may be a key player in cellular adaptability and survival mechanisms. Dysregulation of SUHW2 has been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where cellular stress response pathways are often compromised. Understanding the structure and function of SUHW2 is essential for elucidating its role in these pathological conditions. Researchers are focusing on the recombinant expression and purification of SUHW2 to facilitate detailed biochemical studies and structural analysis, aiming to uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying its functionality. Insights gained from these studies could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting SUHW2-related pathways, potentially leading to improved treatment options for stress-related diseases. The increasing interest in SUHW2 underscores its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, making it a vital subject of research in cell biology and medicine.
