Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNAJC6, a member of the DnaJ/Hsp40 family, plays a crucial role in intracellular protein homeostasis, particularly in the context of neurodegenerative diseases. This chaperone protein is implicated in the regulation of essential cellular processes, including protein folding, degradation, and the response to stress. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of DNAJC6 in the modulation of synaptic function and its association with various pathogenic conditions, particularly in Parkinson’s disease and other synucleinopathies. Genetic mutations in DNAJC6 are linked to familial forms of Parkinson's disease, showcasing its pivotal role in maintaining neuronal integrity. Research into DNAJC6 recombinant proteins has expanded our understanding of its molecular functions, interactions with other proteins, and its potential as a therapeutic target. By elucidating the biochemical mechanisms of DNAJC6, scientists aim to develop strategies that can mitigate the effects of neurodegenerative disorders, opening new avenues for treatment and intervention in diseases characterized by protein misfolding and aggregation. The continued exploration of DNAJC6 not only enhances our comprehension of fundamental cellular processes but also provides insights into the underlying pathophysiology of neurodegenerative diseases, making it a focal point for future research and therapeutic development.
