Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STON1, or "Suppressor of T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling 1," is a novel protein that has garnered attention in immunology and cell signaling research due to its potential role in modulating T-cell receptor signaling pathways. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which STON1 influences T-cell activation and function is critical for elucidating immune responses and developing therapeutic strategies for immune-related disorders, including autoimmune diseases and cancer. Recent studies suggest that STON1 may act as a regulatory factor, interfering with signaling cascades that lead to T-cell activation, thus maintaining immune homeostasis. Its expression pattern, functional domains, and interaction with key signaling molecules make it an intriguing target for further investigation. Researchers are particularly interested in its impact on T-cell differentiation and cytokine production, which are pivotal in the adaptive immune response. Additionally, exploring STON1's role in the context of various disease models could provide insights into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in conditions characterized by dysregulated T-cell activity. Thus, the ongoing research on STON1 not only enriches our understanding of T-cell biology but also opens avenues for novel interventions in immunotherapy and precision medicine.
