Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-17C is an important cytokine belonging to the interleukin-17 family, primarily produced by epithelial cells and various immune cells. Unlike its better-known counterparts, IL-17A and IL-17F, IL-17C has garnered attention for its unique role in mediating immune responses, particularly in the context of inflammatory diseases. Recent research has highlighted its involvement in various conditions such as psoriasis, asthma, and other autoimmune disorders, suggesting that it plays a crucial role in orchestrating the inflammatory response and tissue homeostasis. The recombinant form of IL-17C has been developed to facilitate studies aimed at understanding its biological functions and therapeutic potential. By characterizing IL-17C through recombinant protein technology, researchers aim to explore its signaling pathways, receptor interactions, and impact on immune cell behavior. This research not only advances our comprehension of IL-17C's role in health and disease but also opens new avenues for targeted therapies that could mitigate inflammatory conditions by modulating its activity. Overall, the investigation of IL-17C recombinant protein serves as a promising avenue to unravel its contribution to immune regulation and to develop novel interventions for related pathologies.
