Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DIS3L is a member of the DIS3-like exonuclease family, which plays a critical role in RNA metabolism and regulation within eukaryotic cells. It is primarily involved in the degradation of RNA, contributing to the regulation of gene expression and maintaining RNA homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of DIS3L in various cellular processes, including mRNA surveillance, ribosome biogenesis, and the response to cellular stress. Dysregulation of DIS3L has been linked to several diseases, including certain types of cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. The research on DIS3L recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structure-function relationship, enzymatic activity, and interaction with other cellular components, providing insights into its biological significance. Investigating DIS3L's molecular mechanisms can reveal novel pathways involved in RNA regulation and offer a better understanding of its role in disease pathology, which may pave the way for the development of new strategies for diagnosis and treatment.
