Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DHX33 is a member of the DExH-box helicase family, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, gene regulation, and cell signaling. Recent studies have indicated that DHX33 is involved in innate immune responses, particularly in recognizing microbial RNA, thereby modulating the activity of immune cells. Its ability to unwind RNA structures is essential for facilitating the interaction with RNA sensors such as RIG-I and MDA5, which are pivotal in the detection of viral infections. Given the emerging role of DHX33 in RNA-related functions and its implications in disease mechanisms, researchers are keen on developing recombinant DHX33 proteins to investigate its biochemical properties and functional pathways comprehensively. Understanding the structure and function of DHX33 could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting diseases associated with dysregulated immune responses, such as autoimmune disorders and chronic infections. Recent advances in protein expression systems have enabled the production of high-purity recombinant DHX33, facilitating various biochemical assays and functional studies to elucidate its role in cellular immunity and RNA processing. The ongoing research aims to delineate the mechanistic insights into DHX33’s interactions with RNA and other cellular partners, providing a clearer picture of its biological significance in health and disease.
