Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHF2, or Pleckstrin Homology Domain Containing, Family H Member 2, is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal organization. Its unique structural features, particularly the pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, suggest a role in lipid-binding and cellular localization, which are crucial for its functional activities. Research indicates that PLEKHF2 may influence cellular responses to external stimuli, potentially impacting development and immune responses. Furthermore, investigations into its involvement in diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, underscore the importance of understanding its molecular mechanisms. The recombinant expression of PLEKHF2 offers a vital tool for examining its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce PLEKHF2 in a controlled environment, allowing for in-depth studies on its function and potential therapeutic applications. Current studies focus on characterizing the protein's structural dynamics, elucidating its pathways, and assessing its role in pathological conditions, thereby providing insights into its potential as a target for novel therapeutic strategies. As such, PLEKHF2 is emerging as a significant player in cellular biology, with its recombinant protein research paving the way for future explorations of its functions and implications in health and disease.
