Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRXL2A (Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha) is a crucial regulator in various biological processes, including cellular metabolism, oxidative stress response, and mitochondrial biogenesis. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of PRXL2A in the context of metabolic disorders, such as obesity and type 2 diabetes, as well as its potential role in cancer biology, where it may influence tumor progression and survival. The interest in recombinant PRXL2A protein arises from its potential therapeutic implications; by understanding its structural and functional properties, researchers aim to explore how modulating its activity could lead to new treatment strategies. The production of recombinant PRXL2A enables detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization, allowing for the investigation of its interactions with other cellular proteins and pathways. Additionally, as PRXL2A is implicated in the regulation of gene expression related to energy homeostasis, insights gained from recombinant studies could inform the development of pharmacological agents that target metabolic pathways. The ongoing research into PRXL2A not only uncovers the molecular mechanisms underlying its function but also highlights its promise as a biomarker or therapeutic target in metabolic and oncological diseases, making it a focal point for future investigations and potential drug development.
