Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DHX37, a member of the DExH/D RNA helicase family, plays a critical role in RNA metabolism, including splicing, ribosome biogenesis, and mRNA degradation. Its importance is underscored by its involvement in various cellular processes and its potential links to several human diseases. Recent studies have highlighted DHX37's participation in the response to cellular stress and its regulatory effects on gene expression. Additionally, mutations or dysregulation of DHX37 have been associated with certain pathological conditions, making it a significant target for research. The generation of recombinant DHX37 protein allows for in-depth biochemical studies to elucidate its functions and interactions with RNA and other nuclear proteins. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of DHX37 can provide insights into fundamental biological processes and may pave the way for therapeutic developments aimed at diseases associated with RNA dysregulation. Thus, the cloning, expression, and characterization of DHX37 as a recombinant protein are crucial for advancing our knowledge of its role in cellular physiology and pathology.
