Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPATA3, or Spermatogenesis Associated 3, is a protein that plays a crucial role in male fertility and spermatogenesis. Recent research has highlighted the importance of SPATA3 in the development and maturation of sperm cells, making it a significant focus for studies related to male reproductive health. Mutations or dysfunctions in the SPATA3 gene have been linked to various forms of infertility, underscoring its biological importance. In cancer research, there’s emerging evidence suggesting that SPATA3 may also be involved in tumorigenesis and cancer progression, positioning it as a potential biomarker for certain cancers. Given its dual role in reproduction and cancer, understanding the functional mechanisms and pathways of SPATA3 is vital. The production of recombinant SPATA3 protein has emerged as a key tool for investigating its biological functions in vitro, enabling researchers to explore its interactions, post-translational modifications, and impact on cellular processes. By studying SPATA3 at the protein level, researchers aim to unravel its diverse roles, which may contribute to the development of therapeutic targets for treating infertility and certain cancers. Additionally, the creation of SPATA3 recombinant proteins provides insights into the protein's structure and function, fostering innovations in drug discovery and developmental biology. Overall, ongoing research into SPATA3 and its recombinant forms holds promise for advancing our understanding of male reproductive biology and cancer mechanisms.
