Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RORg (Retinoic Acid Receptor-related Orphan Receptor gamma) is an essential member of the nuclear receptor superfamily that plays a critical role in immune regulation and the development of various tissues, particularly lymphoid organs. Researchers have increasingly focused on RORg due to its pivotal involvement in the differentiation and function of Th17 cells, a subset of T helper cells associated with autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions. The identification and characterization of RORg's role in regulating gene expression in response to specific ligands and its interaction with other signaling pathways underscore its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, RORg's involvement in circadian rhythm regulation and metabolic processes highlights its broader physiological significance. Recombinant RORg proteins are valuable tools for investigating the receptor's molecular mechanisms and developing RORg-modulating drugs. Understanding RORg's structure-function relationship through recombinant expression and purification techniques can pave the way for therapeutic interventions in diseases where RORg is implicated, such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and even cancer. As research on RORg continues to evolve, its therapeutic potential and implications for drug design are becoming increasingly apparent, making it a significant focus within immunology and pharmacology.
