稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DET1 (DEETIOLATED1) is a crucial protein in the plant photomorphogenesis pathway, serving as a key component in the regulatory mechanism of light signaling. Initially characterized in Arabidopsis thaliana, DET1 functions in the repression of photomorphogenic responses under dark conditions, thereby influencing various developmental processes such as seedling growth, chlorophyll synthesis, and flowering. Its role as a negative regulator of light-responsive gene expression highlights its importance in plant adaptation to changing light environments. Recent research has expanded our understanding of DET1's multifaceted functionality, linking it not only to light signaling but also to other developmental pathways and stress responses, including those triggered by environmental factors. The investigation of DET1 and its interactions with other proteins, such as COP1 (CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 1), has revealed complex signaling networks that orchestrate plant growth and development. Given the significance of light in agricultural productivity, studying DET1 and its mechanisms can provide insights into enhancing crop yield and resilience against climate change. Thus, the research on DET1 recombinant proteins is vital for unraveling the intricate mechanisms of light perception and signaling in plants, with potential applications in agricultural biotechnology and improving food security.
