  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

DENND1C, a member of the DENN (differentially expressed in normal and neoplastic cells) domain-containing protein family, has gained significant interest in the field of cellular biology and cancer research. This protein is implicated in the regulation of intracellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in the endosomal trafficking of proteins and membrane dynamics. Recent studies have shown that DENND1C plays a critical role in regulating key processes such as cytokinesis, endocytosis, and the formation of membrane-bound compartments. Furthermore, aberrant expression of DENND1C has been associated with various types of cancers, suggesting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The research surrounding DENND1C recombinant proteins focuses on understanding its structural properties, functional interactions, and the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in cell signaling and tumor progression. Investigating DENND1C at the molecular level provides insights that could lead to novel strategies for cancer treatment and the development of targeted therapies. Given its multifunctional roles, the study of DENND1C is pivotal in elucidating the complexities of cellular processes and the pathogenesis of diseases, making it a promising candidate for further exploration in drug discovery and cancer biology.
