Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
JAK1 (Janus kinase 1) is a crucial member of the Janus kinase family, which plays a significant role in the signal transduction pathways of various cytokines and growth factors. Dysregulation of JAK1 is implicated in a range of autoimmune diseases, cancers, and inflammatory conditions, making it a critical therapeutic target. Research into JAK1 recombinant proteins has gained momentum, as these proteins serve as essential tools for studying JAK1’s biological functions, signaling mechanisms, and the consequences of its dysregulation. The production of JAK1 recombinant proteins enables researchers to conduct in vitro assays, understand protein interactions, and explore potential inhibitors or modulators that could lead to novel therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, the therapeutic potential of JAK1 inhibitors in treating conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and certain types of cancers has sparked increased interest in the design and optimization of JAK1-targeted therapies. Therefore, studying JAK1 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of its functional roles but also facilitates the development of innovative treatments that could significantly impact clinical outcomes for patients suffering from JAK1-related diseases.
