Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DDX41, a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its role in innate immunity and contributions to various hematological malignancies. As a crucial factor in the detection of cytosolic DNA, DDX41 is essential for initiating immune responses through the stimulation of the interferon pathway. Mutations in the DDX41 gene have been linked to different types of myeloid malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), underscoring its importance in tumorigenesis and disease pathogenesis. Research into DDX41 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and functional mechanisms within the cell. By expressing and purifying DDX41 in recombinant systems, scientists can explore its helicase activity, RNA-binding capabilities, and roles in nucleic acid metabolism. Understanding these aspects may offer valuable insights into the molecular underpinnings of related diseases, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies and biomarker development. The study of DDX41 not only enhances our grasp of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for advancing precision medicine approaches in oncology.
