Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DDX25, a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase family, plays crucial roles in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, gene expression regulation, and the response to stress. Research has shown that DDX25 is involved in the unwinding of RNA structures, enabling the proper functioning of ribosomes and spliceosomes, thereby influencing protein synthesis and RNA splicing. Dysregulation of DDX25 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where its altered expression can affect tumor progression and response to therapy. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying DDX25 function is essential for unraveling its contribution to cellular physiology and pathology. In this context, recombinant DDX25 protein is a valuable tool for studying its biochemical properties, interactions with RNA and other proteins, and its potential as a therapeutic target. By generating and purifying this protein, researchers can elucidate its role in RNA helicase activity, assess its involvement in novel RNA-protein complexes, and explore its implications in disease models, ultimately paving the way for the development of targeted therapeutic strategies.
