Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNX29, a member of the sorting nexin family, plays a critical role in intracellular trafficking, particularly in endosomal sorting and recycling processes. Recent research has highlighted its involvement in the regulation of membrane protein localization and function, which is pivotal for maintaining cellular homeostasis and signal transduction. Studies have indicated that SNX29 interacts with various proteins and cellular pathways, suggesting its potential role in diverse physiological and pathological contexts, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. The investigation of SNX29 recombinant proteins has become essential for elucidating its molecular mechanisms and functional implications. By producing and characterizing SNX29 in a controlled laboratory environment, researchers aim to explore its structural properties, interactions, and effects on cellular systems. This research not only enhances the understanding of SNX29’s biological significance but also opens avenues for therapeutic development targeting SNX29-related pathways, potentially leading to novel strategies for treating diseases linked to endosomal dysregulation.
