Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DCST1, or the Distant Cache and Stress Response Transcript 1, is a protein implicated in various biological processes, including cell signaling and stress responses. Researchers have become increasingly interested in DCST1 due to its potential role in numerous physiological functions and diseases, particularly in the context of cancer and metabolic disorders. Understanding the structure and function of DCST1 is crucial for elucidating its mechanisms of action. The recombinant protein expression of DCST1 enables detailed studies of its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and potential involvement in pathological conditions. By producing DCST1 as a recombinant protein, scientists can investigate its effects on cellular pathways, analyze its structure using techniques like X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy, and explore potential therapeutic applications. Moreover, there is growing recognition of the implications that DCST1 may have for biomarker development and novel treatment strategies, making it a significant target for future research in biomedical sciences. As such, ongoing studies on the recombinant expression of DCST1 continue to reveal insights into its biological significance, paving the way for innovative approaches to modulate its activity in disease contexts.
