Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNED1 (Sushi, Nidogen, and EGF-like domains 1) is a protein that has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, signaling, and tumor progression. As a component of the extracellular matrix, SNED1 is involved in the modulation of cellular interactions and pathways that are crucial for tissue development and homeostasis. Studies have implicated SNED1 in different forms of cancer, where its expression levels may correlate with tumor aggressiveness and patient prognosis. Research has focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SNED1’s function, particularly its interactions with other extracellular matrix proteins and its influence on cell behavior. Furthermore, the development of recombinant SNED1 proteins allows for detailed investigations into its structure-function relationships, enabling researchers to explore its potential as a therapeutic target or as a biomarker for disease. The ongoing exploration of SNED1's biological significance and functional implications continues to enhance our understanding of cellular dynamics, tissue remodeling, and the pathophysiology of various diseases, paving the way for novel clinical applications.
