稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NKX6-1 is a critical transcription factor that plays a pivotal role in the development and function of pancreatic beta cells, which are essential for insulin production and regulation of blood glucose levels. Research into NKX6-1 has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in diabetes, particularly type 2 diabetes, where beta cell dysfunction is a major contributing factor. The ability to produce recombinant NKX6-1 protein has facilitated various studies aiming to elucidate its functional mechanisms and regulatory pathways. By understanding the role of NKX6-1 in both normal physiology and pathological conditions, researchers hope to identify novel therapeutic targets for enhancing beta cell function or promoting beta cell regeneration. Furthermore, studies involving NKX6-1 also extend to the fields of regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy, as the transcription factor is crucial in directing the differentiation of stem cells into insulin-producing cells. As our knowledge of NKX6-1 continues to expand, its study may unveil new strategies for diabetes treatment and contribute to advancements in cell-based therapies for metabolic disorders.
