Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLC9A3, also known as sodium/hydrogen exchanger 3, is a crucial member of the SLC (solute carrier) family, predominantly expressed in the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and other tissues. It plays a vital role in regulating intracellular pH, cell volume, and the transport of sodium and other cations, contributing significantly to various physiological processes, including nutrient absorption and renal function. Alterations in SLC9A3 expression and function have been implicated in several pathological conditions, such as gastrointestinal disorders, renal dysfunction, and certain types of cancer. The study of SLC9A3 recombinant protein has gained attention due to its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in understanding the mechanisms underlying its role in disease progression. Recombinant protein studies enable researchers to elucidate the structure-function relationship of SLC9A3, investigate its interactions with other cellular components, and evaluate its pharmacological potential. By exploring the biochemical properties and regulatory mechanisms of SLC9A3, scientists aim to develop targeted interventions that could mitigate associated diseases, thereby advancing the field of drug development and disease treatment. Furthermore, the recombinant SLC9A3 protein serves as a valuable tool in high-throughput screening assays, aiding in the discovery of novel inhibitors or modulators that can enhance or inhibit its activity, presenting new avenues for therapeutic strategies. Overall, the research on SLC9A3 recombinant protein stands at the intersection of basic science and clinical application, holding promise for innovative approaches to managing disorders related to this essential transporter.
