Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CBY1 (Chibby1) is a crucial protein implicated in various biological processes, including development and cellular signaling. Researchers first identified CBY1 as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in embryogenesis and tissue homeostasis. Mutations or dysregulation of CBY1 have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where altered Wnt signaling contributes to tumor progression. The study of CBY1 recombinant protein has gained attention as it provides insights into its structural and functional characteristics, enabling the clarification of its role in cellular mechanisms. Recombinant CBY1 offers a tool for researchers to explore its binding interactions, post-translational modifications, and effects on Wnt pathway activity. Understanding the precise mechanisms of CBY1 function can open new avenues for therapeutic strategies targeting Wnt-related diseases. Additionally, elucidating the interaction networks of CBY1 with other proteins may reveal new regulatory layers in cellular signaling pathways. Therefore, the investigation of CBY1 recombinant protein is critical for advancing our knowledge of developmental biology and disease pathophysiology.
