Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of SARAF (SARScov-2 Auxiliary Regulator of the Antiviral Factor) recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in the immune response against viral infections, particularly in the context of COVID-19. SARAF is known to modulate the immune response by regulating the activity of various signaling pathways involved in antiviral activity. Understanding the biochemical properties and functions of SARAF could provide insights into how the body responds to viral threats, and help in the development of therapeutic strategies. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to pose global health challenges, the investigation of SARAF and its recombinant forms presents an opportunity to explore novel antiviral agents. Research indicates that SARAF may influence the production of interferons and other cytokines, which are critical for mounting an effective immune response. Thus, producing recombinant SARAF protein allows for detailed studies of its structure-function relationships, potential interactions with other proteins, and its role in immune regulation. This research may also aid in the design of vaccines and immunotherapies aimed at enhancing the immune response against SARS-CoV-2 and possibly other viral pathogens, highlighting the importance of SARAF in current virology and immunology studies. Overall, the exploration of SARAF recombinant protein is a promising avenue for the advancement of antiviral strategies and enhancing our understanding of immune mechanisms in the fight against viral infections.
