稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CREBBP (CREB-binding protein) is a multifunctional coactivator that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression by interacting with various transcription factors. Its significance has been underscored by its involvement in numerous biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Mutations and aberrations in the CREBBP gene have been implicated in several human diseases, particularly cancers and developmental disorders such as Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. The study of recombinant CREBBP protein is essential for understanding its functional mechanisms and pathways. Researchers often produce this protein using recombinant DNA technology to investigate its structure-function relationships, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other cellular proteins. By analyzing the recombinant CREBBP, scientists aim to elucidate its role in transcription regulation and its impact on disease mechanisms, paving the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting CREBBP-related pathways. The development of CREBBP inhibitors or modulators could provide novel treatment options for conditions linked to its dysregulation, highlighting the importance of continued research in this area.
