Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SCUBE3 (Signal Sequence-Cub Domain-Containing EGF-Like 3) is a member of the SCUBE protein family, which is characterized by the presence of signal peptide, CUB (Complement C1r/C1s, Uegf, Bmp1) domains, and EGF-like repeats. It plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signaling pathways, particularly in the context of cellular communication and development. Research into SCUBE3 has gained interest due to its involvement in pathophysiological conditions, such as cancer progression and cardiovascular diseases. Its expression has been linked to the regulation of key signaling pathways, including the Hedgehog and TGF-β pathways, which are crucial for embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Furthermore, SCUBE3 has shown potential as a biomarker for certain cancers, highlighting its importance in tumorigenesis and metastasis. The recombinant expression of SCUBE3 can facilitate functional studies and structural analyses that help elucidate its roles and mechanisms in health and disease. Understanding SCUBE3's biological functions and interactions could provide novel insights into therapeutic strategies for diseases where its dysregulation is implicated, making it a promising target for future research in molecular biology and medicine.
