Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSSK3 (testis-specific serine kinase 3) is a member of the TSSK protein family, which is predominantly expressed in testicular tissues and plays a crucial role in male fertility. Research surrounding TSSK3 has garnered attention due to its potential involvement in spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis, processes essential for proper sperm development and function. The expression and activity of TSSK3 are tightly regulated during specific stages of male germ cell development, indicating its significant role in male reproductive biology. Studies have suggested that TSSK3 may influence various cellular processes, including cell division, differentiation, and apoptosis, impacting overall spermatogenic efficiency. Additionally, aberrations in TSSK3 expression or function have been linked to male infertility, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosing reproductive disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying TSSK3's function and regulatory pathways can provide insights into its roles in reproductive health and may lead to new therapeutic strategies for addressing male infertility. Consequently, TSSK3 has emerged as a target for further investigation, with studies focusing on its structure, expression patterns, and interactions with other proteins in the testis. This research could ultimately enhance our understanding of male fertility and contribute to the development of innovative reproductive health solutions.
