稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYHR1 (Cyclin Y Homolog 1) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation and signal transduction. As a member of the cyclin family, CYHR1 interacts with specific cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) to modulate their activity, thereby influencing cell division and growth. Research has indicated that alterations in CYHR1 expression and function may be linked to several types of cancer, making it a potential biomarker for tumor progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. Studies have also suggested that CYHR1 may be involved in other critical biological pathways, such as apoptosis and DNA repair, which underscores its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The recombinant expression of CYHR1 in various systems allows for detailed investigations into its structure and function, facilitating the exploration of its role in health and disease. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing CYHR1 activity could pave the way for novel cancer treatments and insights into cell cycle regulation, making it a fascinating subject of biochemical and biomedical research.
