Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYFIP2, a crucial protein associated with the cytoskeleton and the regulation of synaptic function, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its roles in various neurological and psychiatric disorders. As a component of the WAVE complex, CYFIP2 is involved in the regulation of actin polymerization, which is essential for cellular processes such as cell motility, morphology, and synaptic plasticity. Dysregulation of CYFIP2 expression has been linked to conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, and intellectual disabilities, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for these diseases. Research has focused on the functional characterization of CYFIP2, exploring its interactions with other proteins and its influence on neuronal development and function. Additionally, the study of CYFIP2 as a recombinant protein has implications for drug development and therapeutic interventions, as understanding its molecular mechanisms can provide insights into targeted treatments for neurodevelopmental disorders. This research is of paramount importance for uncovering the pathways involved in synaptic signaling and the potential reversibility of certain conditions associated with CYFIP2 dysfunction, leading to improved outcomes for affected individuals.
