稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBC5A is a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, a vital pathway for protein degradation and cellular regulation. The study of UBC5A is important because it is involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and responses to stress, by mediating the attachment of ubiquitin to target proteins. Dysregulation of UBC5A has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where altered ubiquitination can lead to abnormal cell proliferation and survival. Understanding the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of UBC5A can unveil its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, the development of UBC5A recombinant proteins provides a valuable tool for studying its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and interaction with other proteins involved in ubiquitination. By elucidating these details, researchers aim to gain insights into the fundamental mechanisms of cellular regulation and open avenues for innovative treatments for diseases linked to ubiquitin system anomalies.
