Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TENT4B, also known as TENT4 cytoplasmic poly(A) polymerase, plays a critical role in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It is particularly involved in the polyadenylation of RNA, a process essential for mRNA stability, translation, and degradation. Research has shown that TENT4B interacts with various RNA-binding proteins and is implicated in the regulation of mRNA polyadenylation length, which can influence gene expression profiles in different cellular contexts. Dysregulation of TENT4B function has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have explored the mechanisms through which TENT4B modulates RNA metabolism and its contribution to cellular stress responses. Understanding TENT4B's role in these processes is crucial for developing innovative strategies for disease intervention and harnessing its potential in biotechnological applications. As such, TENT4B has emerged as a focus of interest in molecular biology, with ongoing investigations into its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components.
