  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CXorf1, located on the human X chromosome, has garnered attention due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including cellular growth and immune function. Initial studies suggested that the CXorf1 gene could be involved in the development of certain diseases, particularly cancers, due to its expression patterns varying in malignancies compared to normal tissues. The protein encoded by CXorf1 is hypothesized to participate in key cellular pathways, but its exact functions remain largely elusive. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled researchers to produce CXorf1 for detailed characterization and functional studies. By generating CXorf1 as a recombinant protein, scientists can investigate its structural properties and interactions with other cellular components through techniques such as crystallography and pull-down assays. Understanding the functional implications of CXorf1 is crucial for elucidating its contribution to disease mechanisms and may offer insights into novel therapeutic targets. As such, the study of CXorf1 recombinant protein is not only pivotal for advancing basic biological knowledge but also holds promise for translating findings into clinical applications.
