Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACF (ATP-dependent chromatin assembly factor) is a crucial multiprotein complex involved in the dynamic organization of chromatin, which plays a fundamental role in regulating gene expression and maintaining genomic stability. The study of ACF and its recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to its importance in various cellular processes, including DNA replication, repair, and transcription regulation. ACF is composed of several subunits that work together to facilitate the ATP-dependent assembly of nucleosomes, thus influencing chromatin structure and function. Research into the structural and functional properties of ACF recombinant proteins has provided insights into how chromatin remodeling is coordinated at the molecular level, helping to elucidate the mechanisms underlying epigenetic regulation and chromatin dynamics. Additionally, understanding the role of ACF in disease contexts, such as cancer and developmental disorders, underscores the relevance of this research in potential therapeutic applications. By harnessing recombinant protein techniques, scientists aim to dissect the intricate interplay between ACF and other chromatin-associated factors, advancing our knowledge of cellular mechanisms and paving the way for novel strategies to manipulate gene expression for therapeutic purposes.
