稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AEN (Amino-terminal Enhancer of Split) proteins are a group of multifunctional proteins that play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including gene regulation, cell signaling, and development. Initially identified in the context of Drosophila development, AEN proteins have garnered significant attention due to their involvement in the Notch signaling pathway, which is essential for cell fate determination and differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted the implications of AEN proteins in cancer biology, where their dysregulation may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Moreover, AEN proteins possess the ability to bind to specific DNA sequences, influencing the transcriptional activity of target genes, thus implications for their study extend to therapeutic interventions. With advancements in molecular biology techniques, researchers are now exploring the structural characteristics and interaction networks of AEN proteins to elucidate their functional mechanisms. This research aims to pave the way for developing targeted therapies that could modulate AEN activity in pathological conditions, enhancing our understanding of their role in health and disease.
