Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLC15A3, a member of the solute carrier family, is a transporter protein primarily involved in the transport of various dipeptides and peptide-derived compounds across cell membranes. Its expression is prominent in certain tissues, including the intestine and kidneys, where it plays a crucial role in nutrient absorption and homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted its potential involvement in various physiological processes and pathological conditions, including metabolic disorders, cancer, and immune responses. Understanding the structure and function of SLC15A3 is critical for elucidating its role in health and disease. The production of recombinant SLC15A3 protein facilitates detailed biochemical studies, allowing researchers to investigate its transport mechanisms, substrate specificity, and interactions with other cellular components. Additionally, this research can pave the way for the development of therapeutic strategies targeting SLC15A3 dysfunction and its implications in disease states. As such, exploring the properties of SLC15A3 through recombinant protein studies is essential for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and potential clinical applications.
