Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CPEB3 (Cytoplasmic Polyadenylation Element Binding Protein 3) is a member of the CPEB family of proteins, which play crucial roles in the regulation of mRNA translation and stability. CPEB3 is particularly interesting due to its involvement in the control of polyadenylation, a process that influences gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. Research has shown that CPEB3 is implicated in various cellular processes, including neuronal development, synaptic plasticity, and responses to stress. Furthermore, dysregulation of CPEB3 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the mechanisms by which CPEB3 interacts with RNA and other proteins, ultimately aimed at understanding its comprehensive role in gene regulation and cellular function. This research is essential for developing targeted interventions that could manipulate CPEB3’s activity, potentially offering novel strategies for treating diseases associated with its dysregulation.
