稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-18 receptor 1 (IL18R1) is a critical component of the interleukin-18 signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in the immune response and inflammation regulation. IL-18, a pro-inflammatory cytokine produced by various cells, binds to IL18R1 to activate downstream signaling pathways, primarily through the recruitment of the accessory protein IL-18RAP. This interaction is essential for the activation of immune cells, including T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, which are vital in combating infections and malignancies. The research surrounding the recombinant protein of IL18R1 has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications. By understanding the structural and functional aspects of IL18R1, scientists aim to develop novel immunotherapeutic strategies for diseases characterized by dysregulated immune responses, such as autoimmune disorders and cancer. Furthermore, recombinant IL18R1 can serve as a valuable tool in elucidating the mechanisms of IL-18 signaling and its role in various pathological conditions. The study of this protein also provides insights into the development of potential biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of functional IL18R1, allowing researchers to explore its biological effects and therapeutic implications in greater detail. As a result, IL18R1 is emerging as a promising target for innovative treatments, emphasizing the importance of continued research in this area to harness its full potential in clinical applications.
