稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The SKIV2L protein is a crucial component of the cytoplasmic RNA surveillance complex, playing a significant role in the degradation of defective mRNAs and the regulation of antiviral responses. Its primary function is to recognize and eliminate improperly processed or aberrant RNAs, thereby maintaining the integrity of the cellular RNA pool. Research into SKIV2L has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including innate immunity and the response to viral infections. Studies have shown that SKIV2L can modulate the activity of specific RNA viruses, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, dysregulation of SKIV2L has been linked to several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and certain cancers, making it a protein of particular interest in medical research. The exploration of SKIV2L's structural and functional characteristics through recombinant protein technology aims to provide insights into its mechanisms of action, interactions with other cellular proteins, and potential implications for therapeutic applications. Ultimately, the ongoing research on SKIV2L could pave the way for innovative strategies in the treatment of viral infections and disorders related to RNA metabolism.
